Streamlining corporate bookings & loyalty programs
Millennium for Business is a dedicated business portal for both corporate and agent bookings. Through this, users can create and manage their guest base and bookings in a single and easy-to-use workspace.
The objective of this project is to create a (1) simple sign-on process flow, (2) an intuitive dashboard for corporate bookers to manage and distribute guest bookings, and (3) seamless integration of loyalty programs and tours.

Easy-to-use workspace
Our focus with this project is to introduce new features tailored for Millennium for business users. As members, they will have a dedicated portal where they can manage users in their respective organizations and make bookings on their behalf. The product's major highlights include Dashboard, Management, Booking, and Reports.
Dashboard
By utilizing our advanced dashboard, users can effortlessly view upcoming bookings, remember frequent trips, and save favorites, streamlining the booking process.
Booking
During this process, the user has the flexibility to book hotel rooms or meeting rooms, regardless of their size. The process of reserving a hotel room is hassle-free. Users can achieve a seamless booking experience by following these 7 simplified steps, which enable them to select their desired room, assign guests and their preferred beds, and easily add new members to the booking who are not yet part of their team.
Management
This feature allows users to manage bookings and personnel by adding members with roles, searching for specific members, and keeping track of bookings and existing members.

Cohesive and flexible components
Our team designed a unique system for Millennium Hotels, tailored to the specific needs of their evolving booking management platform. By doing this exercise, the team was able to streamline the process and maintain consistency. Since the project focused solely on desktops, the team did not encounter excessive complications in terms of maintenance and documentation.

I had an amazing time working on the project where I was able to create the design framework for the overall appearance of Millennium for Business. Although most of my design tasks were inherited from the previous designers, this was the first project where I was responsible for developing the design strategy from start to finish. The collaboration between the UX designer and developers in China played a crucial role in making this project and design system successful.
